Wulfhard appears in a donation of his son Wulfhard to Saint-Pierre and Saint-Benoît de Fleury, dated 2 November 889, in which the younger Wulfhard donated property in Burgundy for the health of his soul and for the health of the souls of his father Wulfhard, his mother Susanna, his brothers Adalhard, Vulgrin, and Imo, his sister Hildeburg, and his nepos Vulgrin ["... ego Vulfardus ... ideo dono pro animæ meæ remedio atque in elemonisa genitoris mei Vulfardi et genetrice mea Susannane necnon et germanorum fratrum meorum Adelardo, Vulgrino, Ymo et sorore mea Hildeburga vel nepote meo Vulgrino, ..."
